Please read this area carefully before making deposit payment as it contains important information.

Please note that by making a deposit payment to secure the booking or confirming a trial you accept these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all Bride and Roses bookings.

We reserve the right to make any modifications that we deem necessary at any time. Please continue to check these terms to see what those changes may be. Your continued use of the www.brideandroses.co.uk website means that you accept those changes.

Definitions:

Services provider – ‘Bride and Roses’, ‘Company’, or ‘us’ or ‘we’ or ‘Team member’

The recipient of the service – ‘Client’, ‘you’

BOOKING PROCESS

To secure a wedding date booking, clients must pay a deposit of £50 which can be paid via BACS or online via credit card/debit card.  This deposit will be deducted from your final payment.

Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid in full.

PAYMENT

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay if the card issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not authorize the payment.

DEPOSIT

The deposit is payable to ‘Bride and Roses’. As soon as the deposit has been paid your wedding date is booked for yourself and cannot be transferred to another person.

Once deposit payment received a trial date will be arranged with you and ‘Bride and Roses’ Team member.

TRIAL

The trial invoice will be sent a day prior the trial and full payment for the trial can be made by cash on the trial day or within 7 days after the trial.

The invoice for the remaining balance for the wedding day will be sent a month or at least two weeks prior the wedding day and needs to be paid in full prior to your wedding date.  Unless the booking is in less than 1 weeks’ time in which case it will be sent immediately after the booking has been secured.

There is no refund of the bridal makeup & hair trial payment

Bridal makeup & hair trial will take 2 – 3 hours

Bridal makeup or hair only trial will take up to 2 hrs

Please make sure you ask to try hair and makeup styles you want during the trial during the allocated time

In case after the bridal hair and makeup trial you are still not sure about hair and/or make-up style and wish to book another trial this will be treated as new trial and the cost as new trial will be applied

WEDDING DAY

If your wedding day falls into our peak season (May – September) the minimum booking fee applies. This does not depend on the number of people of your bridal party

You may add bridal party members to your wedding booking at any time, but will not be able to deduct bridal party members from initial booking.

If your wedding is outside M25 or outside the UK the fee provided to Client after their initial enquiry cannot be changed.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Travel

Bride and Roses team cover London area within M25 free of charge.

Outside M25 we charge 0.50p per mile in case we are able to drive. If we are not able to drive, we will add the cost of the return train ticket + return taxi to the final quote.

We always aim to book a Team member closest to your wedding day area.

For all bookings outside of the UK the cost of the return flight ticket + luggage fees, return taxi and food will be incurred, this will be discussed and agreed with the Client during the booking process.

The travel expenses will be added to the final invoice for the wedding day, which will be sent a month or at least two weeks prior the wedding day and need to be paid in full prior to your wedding date.  Unless the booking is in less than 1 weeks’ time in which case it will be sent immediately after the booking has been secured.

Accommodation

For a booking that is booked to start prior to 7.00 am and is over 50 miles from M25 accommodation expenses will be incurred, this will be discussed and agreed with the Client during the booking process.

For all bookings outside of the UK accommodation charges will be incurred, also to be discussed and agreed with the Client during the booking process.

The accommodation expenses will be added to the final invoice for the wedding day, which will be sent a month or at least two weeks prior the wedding day and need to be paid in full prior to your wedding date.  Unless the booking is in less than 1 weeks’ time in which case it will be sent immediately after the booking has been secured.

TEAM MEMBER ETIQUETTE

Your Bride and Roses Team member may arrive up to fifteen minutes before the start of your booking. This will allow her/him to get set up for your session. If for any reason your Bride and Roses Team member is late we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once Bride and Roses Team member is in your house, office, wedding venue, hotel or another place you agree that you have arranged this for your booking to take place.

Every Team member at Bride and Roses is fully insured.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bridal trial payment is non-refundable

If for any reason you do not wish to proceed with the booking after your bridal trial, we will need this in writing via email within 7 days after the trial and your deposit will be refunded.

If you do not wish to proceed with particular Team member (hairstylist or make-up artist) we will need this in writing via email within 7 days after the trial. Your £50 deposit will be kept.

If you wish and depending on availability, we will endeavour to find another Team member. The trial with another Team member will be an additional full trial cost.

If you wish to cancel your wedding booking after 7 days or more, your cancellation shall be confirmed by email as soon as possible. Your £50 deposit will be kept.

Cancellations are only valid when sent to e-mail hello@brideandroses.co.uk and verbal cancellations are not accepted.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies and/or skin sensitivities prior the trial and booking.

Bride and Roses reserve the right to cancel the booking any time if the behaviour of the Client is deemed inappropriate and/or if the Client reports a condition that the Company deem as a risk to the Client’s health and well being.

It is the Client’s responsibility to inform us at least two months prior the wedding of any documentation needed to be provided to the wedding venue such as Public Liability Insurance certificates, PAT testing documentation.

Note: Bride and Roses team Public Liability Insurance has a cover of £3 million and if your wedding venue requires access to more we are not able to provide this.
Bride and Roses reserve the right to cancel the booking any time if any other requirements can’t be met by the Client or their wedding venue.

In these cases, any payments that have already been made by the Client for the service are non-refundable.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

There may be circumstances beyond the control of the Company where a Team member is unwell, delayed or otherwise unavailable due to other emergencies at short notice. In such a case we will inform the client at our earliest convenience and endeavour to make favourable alternative arrangements if possible.

Neither the Company nor any Team member can be held liable in the event of Force Majeure – when a Team member of Bride and Roses is unable to provide services to due Force Majeure. The Company reserves the right to offer the Client compensation in the case that it is not able to honour the booking. This is entirely dependent on the circumstances and will be discussed between the Company and the Client.

IMAGERY

Photographs and videos of the Client and bridal party guests will not be used by Bride and Roses in promotional material, website or social media unless the Client permission has been granted.

GENERAL

This site is owned and operated by Bride and Roses. Unless otherwise specified, all information or materials appearing on this site, including text, site design, graphics, icons, and images. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site could result in criminal or civil action.
